Regular Service

Regular service is described as service scheduled as regular intervals based on a six month minimum written commitment from the client.

 Short Time Service

• Month to Month

• One time Service

Short time service is described as service that the client has not committed to and can be cancelled any time with short notice (see cancellation).

Initial Visit

During the first visit, we would like you to introduce us to your dogs and show us around the yard. The meeting should last 5–10 minutes. Afterwards, we will perform the initial scoop. We reserve the right to charge an optional initial cleanup fee of up to $32.00 in addition to the normal weekly rate for exceptionally dirty yards.

Short-Term Scoops

We will clean your yard while you are out of town. We will perform the service as often as you request except weekends while you are gone. Prices for these Short-Term Scoops will consist of our usual scooping prices based on the number of dogs in the yard except the first visit will be charged as a One-Time Scoop.

              One-Time Scoops

We will clean your yard only once if necessary. We will schedule the service as soon as possible. Prices for One-Time Scoops are based on the number of dogs in the yard. Payment is expected on date of service.

•  1 Dog = $40.00

• 2 Dogs = $45.00

• 3 Dogs = $55.00

• 4 Dogs = $65.00

              Waste Removal Only

We understand that not everybody requires help with the dirty work.  The question still remains "What do I do with the Poop?" We are here to help, below you will see our Pick Up Only prices. 

"How does it work?"  It's very simple HPS will provide you with a Waste Storage unit that is clearly marked Dog Poop Only.  Inside will be a liner, your job is simple - pick it up and put it in the storage unit.

HPS will  then send a Tech on a regularly scheduled day to Pick up and dispose of the waste. The Tech will replace the liner with a clean sanitized liner.

             Billing

The billing is done a month in advance and is due the 5th of the month of service. For example, if the current month is April, you will receive a bill for May during the third week of April. The bill for May is due the 5th of May. The invoice will be left on your front door in an addressed envelope. If you prefer another place, just let us know.

You may pay by:

       Credit Card 

If you wish to automate your payments, then we ask that you complete a permission form. We accept Visa and Master Card. Your credit card will be charged for each month on or about the 5th of that month. We average the weekly cost over the entire year so the monthly invoice amount is always the same regardless of how many times we scoop during the month.

              Discounts

HPS gives 10% discounts to Senior Citizens 65 years of age and older, Service Dogs, the Disabled, Foster Dog programs, Homeowner Associations, and Law Enforcement Service Dogs.
