Consultation

The first step is always the consultation, this is where we meet you and Fido. It is important to find exactly where you live (for scheduling and distances), we will want to see the property in order to give you an appropriate price. After the meeting we get started right away with the Initial Visit.

           Initial Visit

The Initial Visit is one of greatest importance to the pooper scooper tech.  From this visit the tech is able to determine the dogs potty patterns. Which will help with the weekly process. This is usually the longest visit to the property in some cases an hour.  How much is always the question, that will depend on the owners ability to keep up with production. Do not worry about what you think we might think.  We understand, remember this service was started because the duty of cleaning up after Fido is not always an easy job, it takes time and dedication.

Weekly and Twice a Week Service
This is the optimal solution if you have a medium sized dog and or have children that play in the yard.

Bi Weekly Service
every other week

One Time or Short-term Service
available for special occasions, parties, events, selling your home, These services will be rated on site.

• Remove Only

          Scoop and Remove

The scoop and remove service is the healthiest choice.  This service consists of one of our pooper scooper techs arriving at your home and scooping fido's little treasure's and removing them from your property to be properly disposed of.  This provides a healthy and clean outdoor environment for fido as well as your family.

            Remove Only

The remove only service is strictly a disposal service. A pooper scooper tech will arrive at your property and empty an HPS approved pet waste storage unit on a pre scheduled interval.  The tech will remove the waste unit leaving in it's place a clean sanitized storage unit for continued collection.

          The Little Things

We would all agree it's the little things that make the difference.

We will be able to provide you with information that you may normally over look.

• Upon entering your property we will do so in a manner that will not be careless as to leaving a gate open or unlatched.

• We will also check for open gates.

• While on premises we will clean or change Fido's water (if a water supply is available).

• There may be a hole under the fence in construction behind the shed.

• We know poop and what should and should not be in it - plastic toys, tapeworms, etc. 

Remember we will be first hand to notice things you would not ordinarily notice.  When we have completed our service visit we will leave for you a service report.
